Schede PCIe
Il PCIe è ad oggi il bus di espansione più utilizzato sia in ambito consumer che in ambito industriale.
La flessibilità e l'elevata banda passante messe a disposizione rendono il bus PCIe la scelta ideale per l'integrazione di funzionalità aggiuntive utilizzando schede di espansione, dalle schede video che usano fino a 16 linee PCIe alle schede con porte seriali che utilizzano una sola linea.
